I just completed the 8 week Mindfulness Meditation/Yoga class and am so glad I made the time to do this for myself. Julie is a wonderful teacher, and really helped me get centered/calm and just generally able to be more mindful in so many areas of my life. The all day silent retreat was amazing as well and the peaceful, calm feeling carried with me for days after. Truly would recommend this class to anyone.
Rainey Oliver is a Kids Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Leader and a Power Yoga and Outlaw Yoga Teacher. A yoga practitioner since 2010, Rainey quickly realized the benefits of stress relief, increased self-esteem, and overall greater health that yoga brought to her own life and desired to share these benefits with others, especially kids and pre-teens. After teaching second grade, Rainey stepped away from teaching children in an institutional setting. Since then she has focused on teaching children and adults to honor joyful and childlike behavior in order to reduce stress and prolong good health. You can find her in beautiful Evergreen hiking, cooking, meditating, practicing yoga, or spending precious time with her husband and daughter.
