I just completed the 8 week Mindfulness Meditation/Yoga class and am so glad I made the time to do this for myself. Julie is a wonderful teacher, and really helped me get centered/calm and just generally able to be more mindful in so many areas of my life. The all day silent retreat was amazing as well and the peaceful, calm feeling carried with me for days after. Truly would recommend this class to anyone.
KymBreanneis a Certified Personal Trainer and professional belly dancer with over a decade of journeying in the holistic realm. Her approach to movement and fitness is rooted in mindfulness, posture and alignment. KymBreanne’s passion is working with other women, who are drawn to her authentic and improvisational teaching style. She has a gift of helping women connect with and appreciate their body (soma).
KymBreanne holds a BS in Sports & Exercise Science and a minor in music from the University of Northern Colorado. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Balletone Instructor, and has taught group fitness and belly dance since 2013. Kymbre grew up in Evergreen and moved back in 2016 after starting a family. In her leisure time, Kymbre loves anything outdoors and enjoys live music.
