My therapist recommended the Mindful Maus course.  I’m on Week 5 and have enjoyed each class.  Each class challenges you in a different way, physically, emotionally, and intellectually.  Our group is small, comprised of individuals who have varying degrees of experience/knowledge around meditation and yoga.  Despite these differences, Julie, the facilitator, somehow makes the classes suitable for all of us.  She also remembers details about each participant, and is adept at interweaving our input into her lessons, thus personalizing them.  The classes integrate mindfulness practices, yoga, and, classroom-style discussion, and some academia.  Well worth the cost.

Lane

Lane Dolan is a massage therapist who, after the passing of her father, received a calling to Massage Therapy. She reecived her certification at the Colorado School of Healing Arts. It was clear that Lane had a gift which she very much enjoyed sharing with others, helping them heal and be well through her touch.

Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body’s natural restorative functioning. Light, firm or deep touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Therapeutic massage can be used as a collaborative, supportive addition to conventional medical treatment of illness and injury, alleviating pain and stress, aiding soft tissue healing, and revitalizing the body. Regular massage can enhance health, providing relaxation, release of muscle tightness, relief from anxiety and tensions, and balancing aspects of body/mind/spirit.

1hr $77,  1.5hrs $109.
