I just completed the 8 week Mindfulness Meditation/Yoga class and am so glad I made the time to do this for myself.  Julie is a wonderful teacher, and really helped me get centered/calm and just generally able to be more mindful in so many areas of my life. The all day silent retreat was amazing as well and the peaceful, calm feeling carried with me for days after.  Truly would recommend this class to anyone.

Ananda Kirti Kaur has been a practitioner of the healing arts through energy work, movement and spiritual practices for over a decade. She received her Reiki Master Teacher Certification in 2009, became a Practitioner of Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection in 2011, has been a student of Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan lineage) and Qi Gong since 2005, is an EFT/ Tapping and meditation facilitator- all which inspired her weekly Tai Chi fusion class the 3 Ki's. In 2018, she received her Kundalini teacher certification through Yogi Bhajan's 3HO in which she is passionate on sharing the Sikh's tradition of finding the Guru within through yoga of awareness practices.   Ananda is honored to be part of Namaste and share these rich teachings of Kundalini and Tai Chi with the community.
