Ladies kick Boxing • $20.00

Kicking works the lower body, while punching works the shoulders, arms and back. The abs are used throughout the whole class stabilizing the body during kicks and punches as well as individual ab exercises. Overall, this class provides a great workout while allowing a person to become educated and trained in proper kicking and punching techniques.
