Gaby uses Joseph Pilates fundamental principles by focusing on spinal and core strengthening and stabilization. Gotta love a strong core; it’s the basis of everything we do physically. In class, expect functional exercises to strengthen not only muscles but immobile joints, improve flexibility, posture and balance. Gaby's emphasis is for you to learn to know your own body well and keep it stronger for longer.
