I've only recently discovered Yoga ..... and I'm loving the classes soooo much that I am attending 4-5 mornings a week!! Nubia is absolutely amazing .... and incredibly knowledgeable in sooo many areas of the Body, Mind & Emotional trilogy always explaining the benefits of the stretches and poses and how they affect and benefit us!! The classes are different all the time so it never becomes predictable or robotic!!! I could rave on and on, however, will finish by sending my love & light, Diane
