Attended the Tuesday group run. First attempt at trying to run after almost 2 yrs, 3 surgeries & an autoimmune condition. Needless to say I’m de conditioned & several pounds heavier. It was nice to be able to go at my pace & not have to feel uncomfortable about it. Look forward to attending again next week! Not sure I will be going any faster but at least I won’t feel embarrassed about showing up. Met some new faces as well!
