Heather is an RYT 500 and an E-RYT 200 with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience in both group classes and teacher training. Heather’s enthusiasm for yoga shines through in every class. She has a fun and relaxed teaching style, but still infuses her classes with clear, concise information. Heather enjoys mentoring new yoga teachers as they begin their journey into teaching. She has a passion for teaching new teachers anatomy and alignment in a way that is fun and easy to understand. When not teaching or practicing yoga, Heather enjoys knitting, reading, and spending time with her husband ,dogs and kitty.
