A Maine native, Ashley began practicing yoga during her freshman year of college. After moving to West Virginia, she trained at Studio 8 under Joan St. Clair, Gina Hart-Smith, Lacy Davidson Ferguson and Bill Price earning her RYT-200 certification. A curious student, Ashley loves the unending wisdom gleaned from studying yoga, and sharing what she learns with others to enrich their practice. Off the mat, Ashley is living her best life with her husband, Brandon, and their two boys, Owen and Will.
