Private Class- Caraway • $20.00

A great total body workout, each cross training class begins with a dynamic warm up. Cross Training includes a variety of functional and core exercises, while combining cardiovascular, strength and resistance training (use of weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc). All classes end with a proper cool down and stretching. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
