I am really enjoying the Aqua Woga class. Chrissy brings new exercises and challenge into each class. I feel the results, my sleep has improved, and I can’t get enough of the beautiful warm salt water in this pool.
I am so grateful that I found Ai Chi at the CB Wellness Centre. Alex and Audrey have given me this wonderful opportunity to share my passion of Ai Chi with others.
Ai Chi is a gentle, meditative practice similar to Tai Chi but in water. With injuries I have that prevent me from partaking in most land based activities, I have found Ai Chi to be my saving grace. Not only does Ai Chi relax me but it also helps alleviate my chronic pain and improve muscle tone.
I highly recommend Ai Chi to anyone seeking a gentle yet powerful exercise.
