As Lexington’s holistic health center since 2013, we remain committed to doing so through the moving, visual and healing arts. Our highly trained and trusted practitioners are passionate about reaching clients and students committed to evolution, empowered wellness, and community. Our team includes Licensed Massage Therapists, a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Cranial Sacral Therapists, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified Yoga Teachers, certified meditation instructors, Taiji, Qigong, and Capoeira instructors, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & transformational life coach, an intuitive development coach, a relationship and intimacy coach, Reiki practitioners, and sound healing facilitators. Our studio features a variety of daily classes, workshops, and events focused on creative and structured somatic (embodied) practices, restorative group therapies, and personal development. We offer walk-in massage and acupuncture hours, host a local community-supported agriculture (CSA) pickup, and host private events, community outreach programs, corporate wellness retreats, and trainings. We also share our facility with the Lexington Salt Cave and encourage you to visit their site and book a session so you can experience the benefits of halotherapy.
