I love it here, it feels like home!! Staff is super welcoming and friendly. I’m new to yoga and taking any kind of classes like this and they’ve helped me feel comfortable and open to be myself! I will definitely be continuing to come back to Centered, it’s becoming the best part of my day.
Jennifer teaches in a way that is patient, subtle, and grounded in functional movement. She applies her understanding of human anatomy, breathwork, neuroscience, mindfulness, somatics, and Yogic philosophy to create practices of nuanced self-discovery. She is a certified 500 hour yoga teacher and trauma-informed instructor and uses these trainings and experience-based knowledge to create healing and empowering spaces for all in her classroom.
