Supreme Peace has been the perfect place to begin exploring yoga. The pace is slow and easy and deliberate. Jodie and Tiffany are in tune with each student’s needs and are very welcoming and encouraging. The studio is light and bright and peaceful. I love it here!
My yoga began in the early 70’s with a book Richard Hittleman’s “Yoga, 28 days exercise plan”. I was hungry for more, and I kept reading other books and practicing yoga. Sometimes would get in the way and my practice would halt. However, there was always a voice in my head pulling me back in. In the 90’s, I bought my first mat and looked for a class to jump start me again, so I started practicing at the YMCA. In 2015, after a life change, I found Supreme Peace. My practice went deeper, so deep I did the teacher training. I can say my practice now is where I was in the 70’s. I have a great thirst for continuing education as a yogi and to deepen still. I have found great enjoyment in sharing my passion for yoga in conversation and teaching.
