Supreme Peace has been the perfect place to begin exploring yoga. The pace is slow and easy and deliberate. Jodie and Tiffany are in tune with each student’s needs and are very welcoming and encouraging. The studio is light and bright and peaceful. I love it here!
Angie began practicing yoga in response to chronic neck and shoulder pain, but quickly learned that yoga’s benefits extend far beyond healing and strengthening the physical body. As someone who struggled with severe stress and anxiety she was pleasantly surprised to discover her yoga and meditation practice helped her to become more calm and centered. As a result, she decided to pursue teacher training and graduated from Eternal Health Yoga’s 200 ryt program in 2010.
Angie incorporates all aspects of yoga into her classes including breath work, meditation, mantra and yogic philosophy. She believes that yoga awakens something from within that once recognized has the potential to help you better cope with stress, pursue a healthy lifestyle, deepen your spiritual practice and live more compassionately and mindfully with greater appreciation and love for your life.
Angie is inspired to live a full and authentic life not only through yoga and meditation but through celebrating the earth’s seasons and the cycles of the moon, traveling, honoring sisterhood, howling with her pup, Reba, spending time at her cabin and laughing every day.
