It was a great decision to try yoga for the first time. After attending my first class at this studio I am improving my balance, my flexibility and most important to reduce stress and to learn how to relax. I know that I still have to overcome my hesitation to try new things but for sure I am enjoying the classes in this studio.
Also I enjoy the location and the instructors.
