I’ve been going to the body positive yoga for a couple of weeks now and it’s has been a great experience. Shadow is a truly understanding and great teacher. She take some it beyond yoga and works with where you are in that present moment. She adapts to how things are going and what you need. It’s also such a beautiful and calming space. Just walking in is like breathing a sigh of relief because every room feels safe and welcoming. I have tried yoga before but it never felt right until now.
