Brooke has an energetic personality, loves to laugh and brings joy to her yoga practice. She came back to yoga after severe anxiety and trauma, finding a way to come home to her body through yoga practice. She learned self-acceptance and body self-love and believes that everyone has a yoga body. She finished her teacher training in November and recalls the training as one of the best experiences of her life. Brooke wants to invite students to be with their feelings with compassion through a moving yoga practice, as this helped her heal her own anxiety.
