Hi! I'm a masters-level qualified pediatric and maternal health occupational therapist and mama of two with a passion for supporting women during their motherhood journey. My interest in women's health started after my own (not always positive!) experiences of pregnancy and early motherhood.After experiencing both physical and emotional challenges during pregnancy and the postnatal period, I spent many hours studying how to help and support myself back to feeling well. In addition to courses on perinatal mental health, infant development and time management for busy moms, I gained my qualification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist in 2019, so that I can use my knowledge of adapting exercises to help moms return to exercise safely.I run the Growing Together class at Blossom Birth, focusing on connection, confidence and realistic self care for moms, and infant development for baby. I help new moms to find their village, and make sure moms have access to evidence-based information so they can be confident they are making the right choices for their baby.
