JuFen Hsu is both a Dharma Yoga teacher and a Pre/postnatal Yoga Teacher. She's been an avid yoga student since 2010 and received her 200-hour certification at the Dharma Yoga Center in NYC in 2014, as well as her 100-hour pre/postnatal certification from Lotus Blossom Teacher Training in Palo Alto, CA in 2017. As a teacher, her goal is to create the space that allows students to discover the physical and mental self-awareness that occurs through practicing yoga. Teaching pre/postnatal yoga at Blossom, she emphasizes building community and support throughout pregnancy and motherhood. Herself a mother of 2 boys, life is viewed as a journey of lessons with the whole spectrum of emotions that yoga both enhances and tempers. When not teaching yoga, she enjoys cooking and being outdoors in beautiful California.
