Mia Hall has been teaching yoga in the Bay Area for over 10 years, and at Blossom Birth and Family since 2014. She specializes in pre- and post-natal yoga, in addition to alignment-focused vinyasa flow. She completed her vinyasa yoga training through YogaWorks and two levels of prenatal certification with Jane Austin. She also teaches workshops on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation in the post-partum period and beyond, with an emphasis on strength, empowerment, and body positivity. Her Back to You yoga class provides a safe and challenging practice with special emphasis on core strength, pelvic floor awareness, and alignment. When not teaching or practicing yoga, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cooking, baking, reading, and sewing. She firmly believes in the power of yoga to support mamas throughout their pregnancies and beyond, and loves teaching students of all abilities and backgrounds.
