Outstanding staff, instruction and community of participants. I have been going since Oct and would highly recommend this location to anyone new to yoga or experienced. The variety of instruction is refreshing and feel lucky to be a part of this.

Back in the studio after some time off yoga due to an injury. Yin/Restorative proved to be exactly what I needed!! Cheyenne has a gentle way about her.....guiding us into a deep restorative state that I know will benefit me for days!! I love the studio and I too miss the Infrared Heat in the Summer.....but understand why the studio is not heated. It was plenty warm.

Yin/Restorative is my favorite too! I feel it benefits my body for days ~ and my mind to help keep my thoughts balanced. Thank you for understanding the Infrared is turned off for the Summer ~ it just simply gets too overheated and leaves a lot of people not enjoying. There are some blankets on the back shelves if you want any extra warmth ~ I love blankets anytime of the year! Nice to have seen you ~ Believe ~ Roxanne

The instructors are welcoming and helpful, and the studio is well-equipped with bolsters, mats, blocks etc. I wish they had a softer floor, but I understand there are issues with logistics. I also wish the infrared could be on in the summer, even a little bit; I know it's hot but the infrared is why I don't go to other studios. Overall a great location for me, ample parking and even though some people don't like mirrors I find it helps me check my positioning with various poses.

Hatha with Carol on Monday nights are a dream. I wish I could make it to more of her classes. I enjoy all the instructors at Believe Yoga, when I leave the studio I feel so calm and relaxed.
