Ale's love of Yoga began while she was studying dance in New York City which led her to training in various styles of Yoga. Her teaching style is dynamic and flowing while keeping a special emphasis on alignment. Her classes are designed to focus on sequences that will prepare the body for the peak pose of the class.
Her life mantra has always been “The more you flow with life the more life will flow back at you”.
