Justin Chevallier has been developing custom wellness programs in California for 16 years utilizing innovative techniques and skills. His clients range from Olympic medalists to 10 year old kids just learning to appreciate the wellness lifestyle. With a client list as diverse as his methods, he regularly works with clients desiring increased energy, strength, flexibility, weight loss, reduced pain and much more.
A California native, Justin began martial arts training at the age of 7 starting him on the wellness path. After competing at the state level in high school wrestling, Justin began an intense personal study of nutrition and wellness. He then earned his massage therapy degree from Healing Hands College in 1999. Following this, Justin had the honor of teaching and presenting martial arts and wellness principals in multiple countries around the globe. Justin then began, alongside his other training, a study in Kundalini Yoga which led to attaining his teaching certification from Golden Bridge. In 2009, Justin earned his certifications in both fitness training and sports nutrition from the International Sports Science Association.
Today, Justin owns and operates Narayan Wellness which he founded in 2010. This full-service wellness center located in Pleasanton, CA houses a collective of like-minded wellness professionals offering results oriented Massage Therapy, Fitness Training, Nutritional Coaching, Chiropractic Care and much more to help clients from all walks of life live a happier, healthier life full of wellness.
