Kym is an outstanding yoga instructor and the Zoom sessions are working very well. She always starts by asking how are bodies are feeling. If there are particular areas in need of work she will adjust her routines to concentrate on those areas. I am having issues with one shoulder so she always provide alternative postures to avoid stressing the shoulder.
