My first time attending Moving To Heal fitness, I did not expect a fun, interactive and friendly group of participants. Pauline is such an amazing instructor! This fitness activity combines yoga, tai chi, aerobics and dancing with beautiful soothing musical background. Try and you'll be hooked!
I am glad I tried it and now in my fourth session every Saturday. I feel good after an hour of this fitness session especially that it also focuses on body flexibility.
