Another amazing class from Ewa- was so good to stretch all over, challenge yourself with warriors and half moons and then release and relax I like it how Ewa always concentrates on breathwork as well, really helps in all the postures, thank you very much!

Calli

Calli is Co-Owner of Kalimukti. She is a highly experienced RYT200 and RYT500 qualified yoga instructor.

Having trained in the UK with Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner, she went on to train further in India with Shwami Sheeva Yoga Peeth and has completed additional training / qualifications for Pre-Natal, Post-Natal and Children's yoga. 

She established Kalimukti Studio in 2014 and also teaches online to share her mission of helping people find freedom through yoga. 

Calli teaches Hatha style classes which provide a well-rounded, balanced approach to the traditional practice of yoga, incorporating poses, breathing (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation. 

Peace-seeker Calli is a natural busy-head, she practices yoga to find peace and is happiest when outdoors amongst nature.  Her favourite thing to do (except yoga) is to spend time with her daughters and husband, walking their dog.
