Calli teaches Hatha and Yin style classes that provide a well-rounded, balanced approach to yoga practice by incorporating poses, breathing (pranayama), mindfulness and yoga nidra (guided meditation). Having trained in the UK with Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner, she went on to train further in India with Shwami Sheeva Yoga Peeth and has completed additional qualifications for Yin, Meditation, Pre-Natal, Post-Natal and Children's yoga.Calli practices yoga as a lifestyle choice, to enable presence. Her favourite things to do (except yoga) are walking and spending time with her family.
