Calli is the original founder of Kalimukti and a highly experienced yoga instructor.
Having trained in the UK with Zen Master Julian Daizan Skinner, she went on to train further in India with Shwami Sheeva Yoga Peeth and has completed additional qualifications for Yin, Meditation, Pre-Natal, Post-Natal and Children's yoga.
She established Kalimukti Studio in 2014 to share her mission of helping people find freedom through yoga. Calli teaches Hatha and Yin style classes which provide a well-rounded, balanced approach to the traditional practice of yoga, incorporating poses, breathing (pranayama), mindfulness and yoga nidra (guided meditation).
Calli is a natural busy-head, she practices yoga to find peace and is happiest when outdoors amongst nature. Her favourite things to do (except yoga) are walking, gardening and spending time with her two daughters, husband and dog Sasha.
