Katie teaches a range of yoga styles from flowing Vinyasa to finding stillness in Hatha. Katie also teaches classes within the Introduction to Yoga.
Having practiced yoga since her teens, Katie believes there is always something new to gain and learn. She says yoga has taken her on an ongoing journey of self-discovery. Yoga is her go-to to bring herself back to balance, body and mind.
When not yoga-ing Katie loves to explore the island or snuggle up to watch a good movie.
