Charlie teaches two very different styles of Yoga; a dynamic, flowing Vinyasa and a restful, nurturing Yin. She also teaches relaxation classes online for Kalimukti.
Her passion for wellness goes far beyond teaching yoga, she loves to spend time in the kitchen cooking healthy meals.
Charlie enjoys reading and spending time out walking on the beach with her pooch.
