Aaron (AJ) teaches Yin yoga this passive yet powerful practice includes holding relaxed poses for typically 3-5 minutes which encourages calmness and targets the deepest tension in the body, leading to stronger and more supple tissues.
He decided to study for his 200 RYT with MyHealth Yoga AUS in 2017, he found his path after being invited to practise Yin yoga in his mates living room in Brighton. He has been teaching restorative forms of yoga ever since.
During Savasana AJ shares his devotion to music and singing by chanting or playing with instruments as a way to seal the practise before your transition home.
When Aaron is not teaching he is spending time with his beautiful partner and son.
