Sonja is a Pilates instructor and a Physiotherapist, she very passionate about the anatomy of the body and loves seeing how Pilates improves body alignment, joint mobility and muscle strength.
She enjoys teaching Pilates in a calm and relaxing environment, because of all the every days stresses, she finds combining the body and mind gives better result.
Sonja was born in Russia and rasied in German, she is an avid outdoors person, enjoying cliff walks, all year round sea swims, yoga and anything which keeps her moving.
