Yoga has been part of Anne's life for nearly 30 years. Her practice initially started in Iyengar yoga, but over the years her style has developed organically.
She trained as a Hatha yoga teacher in 2018 and her classes will guide you through a gentle mix of breathing exercise, asana, with adaptations for each individual, and deep relaxation techniques.
Anne enjoys bringing something new to every class and passing on teaching movements that she has a personal connection to in the road to connecting within.
