Lisa (mat & comprehensively qualified with BASI UK). She was owner and instructor of her own gym in France where she taught fitness and pilates before coming to Jersey. Lisa has practiced classical dance and fitness for many years. When not teaching Pilates she enjoys practicing Pilates or walking with her dog.
