Dana started her yoga journey in 2004 and took her RYT200 qualification with Sun Power Yoga School in London in 2018. She is currently undertaking further RYT300 qualification with Aligned Yoga. Dana primarily teaches Vinyasa style focusing on flowing movements that are connected and aligned with the breath. She believes that the smooth and continuous movements help busy-minds to stay present during the practice whilst slowing the breath during transitions between postures guides the mind to a state of calmness. Her classes are tailored to her students’ physical and mental needs so each class is different to the next. She likes incorporating various pranayama techniques into each practice to nourish the soul and body from the inside out. Dana sees yoga in everyday life, be it stepping onto her mat or just simply taking a walk with her dogs and enjoying the feeling of simply being present at that very moment.
