Ewa has been on her yoga journey for more than 15 years.
Beginning with Hatha, which led to a fascination in Iyengar and the past 8 years she has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as her main personal practice.
She has gained her yogic knowledge studying in India extensively, undertaking intensive Iyengar courses with Ashtanga Teacher Training course as well as Acro Yoga and Partner Acrobatics.
