In Debora’s classes you can expect an integration of her
personal playful exuberance in an intentional practice, which
typically centers on experiencing groundedness, tapping in to your
intuition, connection, and emotional regulation through the wisdom
and teachings of this ancient tradition, and her breadth of
knowledge in trauma informed practices, Dialectical Behavioural
Therapy (DBT), physiology, and pain management. Her classes are
unique and inspirational.
Debora began her yoga practice over 10 years ago to help her cope with grief, anxiety and chronic pain. She soon became fascinated with the connection between her body and her emotional wellbeing, experiencing simultaneous relief from physical discomfort and mood balance during her practice. Studying with several global Yoga Master Teachers prior to obtaining her certification in 2016, Debora deepened her offerings with a two-year program in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy; Understanding Trauma - Life After Trauma; and chronic pain psycho-education programs.
Debora is also a public speaker, workshop facilitator, presenter, filmmaker and ambassador for women in adventure sport.
