As an athlete in basketball, volleyball, and soccer, Jenna has always been active and understands the importance of self-care, particularly in times of high physical demand. One of the things that drew her to study TCM is that it encompasses a full healing experience of the mind, body, and spirit, and it allows her to encourage people to explore the benefits of holistic healthcare and to find balance in their everyday lives.
A visit with Jenna will include recommendations for self-care and self-love as part of a daily practice. She makes sure to provide a safe and comfortable space for open conversation and her treatment style has been described as gentle and relaxing. She has a light touch and is very sensitive to the needs of anyone who may be “needle-nervous.”
Maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle is very important to
Jenna. She has a passion for nutrition, cooking and how TCM diet
therapy practices translate into the Western world. When she is not
doing research for her patients, she is exploring her interest in
nutrition, and stays as active as possible.
She is a big time animal lover and spends her free time hiking with
her Aussie Shepherd, Gaia. Jenna enjoys hiking in the mountains,
boating, days at the beach, and practices both meditation and
yoga.
