Welcome to Present Moment Living, we are a heart and mind
centered community dedicated to offering mind-body and
consciousness raising classes, workshops and
retreats to share the practice and principles of Zhineng
Qigong based on the teachings of Dr. Pang Ming.  Reyna Lerma
teaches classes at 3 locations in San Diego at The Center for
Integrative Care, Liquid Eden Holistic Center and Ed Brown
Community Center in Rancho Bernardo and workshops and retreats in
the US and Interntationally. Both Reyna and Alfred
Lerma offer private qigong lessons and qi therapy sessions at
our main center in Mission Valley and online.
