With more than 6000 hours of teaching I am E-RYT200, RYT500 and YACEP Certified with Yoga Alliance. I love to share my passion and insights about life and Yoga and invite the students on a journey to discover their own inner beauty and strength in an encouraging environment. What fascinates me about Yoga is the potential of healing from within and the opportunity to transform our lives. With a background as an RN, I have always felt the urge to help others.
I aspire to guide each student to tap into his/her own capacity to explore and to experience improved health and well being through poses and breath work, combined with meditation and relaxation. My classes are a mix of hard work, lightness and calm. I teach classes that ranges from beginner to advanced. I offer additional specialized workshops on Mindfulness and Meditation, and Chakra Balancing (Journaling and Guided Visualizations).
