Born and bred in England, UK - California became my home after years of backpacking around the world.I entered my first Yoga Class, twenty-two years ago with my sister Lyn (Hatha Yoga teacher in Ireland) An Iyengar class, taught by Laura Faye in Venice CA. Both of us were instantly hooked!! We continued to go to every class we could find as well as attending numerous Work Shops.Twelve years later I moved to Santa Clarita where I pursued Vinyasa Flow and Jval. Finally, in 2016 I completed my first 200 hours of teacher training in Jval & Hatha.
