Cynthia's classes are great and she gives options to challenge yourself which I like. I highly recommend this studio.
Courtney is a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast and the mother of a sweet 7 year oldboy named Jack. She had been dabbling in yoga on and off for 20 years, but it wasn't until a rare medical condition set her on a path of self-healing that she fully immersed herself in it and other alternative healing modalities.
This path eventually led her to a yoga teacher training that changed her life. Now she does yoga everyday (even if just for 2 minutes) and has seen a huge improvement in her overall wellbeing. She loves being a part in other's healing journeys.
