Yoga is my absolute medicine in this life. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and have been teaching for the past 3.  But I will always be a student of this practice. Yoga has brought so much healing into my life. From helping me move through difficult emotions and anxiety to just becoming more present and at peace in my every day life.I love that yoga encompasses mind, body, and spirit and allows us to nurture whatever our being needs. Because this practice has healed me in so many ways, I want to share that with others so they may live their most grounded and happy lives. I received my 200 hr YTT with La Casa Shambala in Thailand in 2019 and am registered with Yoga Alliance. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa style, but also love intuitive movement and listening to what the body needs.  Maybe that’s a power flow one day and slow juicy hip and heart openers the next day!I am merely a guide to help you feel empowered in your asanas and breath, and hope to hold space for you to find your greatest strength and awareness. ♥
