Natasha Nelson walked into a Vinyasa yoga class for the first time in college and fell in love with the balance of grace and strength. Yoga began as a daily retreat to relieve stress and rehabilitate a body worn out from years as a gymnast and diver, but after seeing the positive changes to her own mind and body Natasha knew she wanted to share the gift with others. Natasha strives to create an encouraging environment where students can be curious, challenged, and empowered.
