I love the intimacy and zen feeling at Wellborn Lifestyles! Rebecca’s yoga classes are soulful and challenging while being accessible to everyone. Through her meditation classes, I’ve learned to dive deeper into myself, to stay more present and live more mindfully. I’ve also done Bahia’s bodywork, which is both deeply relaxing and very healing. I look forward to trying all the different classes and teachers there and seeing what else is in store! I definitely recommend Wellborn Lifestyles to anyone looking to live their best life!
When Julia Carpenter found Yoga, she found her true home. She is a RYT 500 / RCYT, teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal, Restorative, and Kids Yoga. Julia is also a Certified Reiki Practitioner. Julia teaches yoga with a focus on balanced action, alignment, and breath. She focuses on finding the softness & surrender within the strength & effort of each pose, something that she is also continually working on in her own practice. This type of yoga practice not only builds strength in the body, but also allows us to release tension and be more present for ourselves. Julia finds joy in supporting others and fostering community, and is grateful to be teaching at Wellborn Lifestyles.
