This class is for expectant mothers throughout pregnancy and after delivery, both Pre and Post-natal. Yoga is a great way to prepare for childbirth! This class involves postures, breathing and meditation which has a positive effect on pregnancy and delivery, as well as after delivery. The classes are focused on the needs of all phases of pregnancy. All classes are designed for beginner as well as experienced yoga students.
