Great class, Briana is motivating and changes it up every week. We’ve been going to this class for around two years now and love it. If you’re a runner, it is a good fit for getting your strength work in. Get there early, this class fills up.
Hello Everyone! I am the fitness director and lead personal trainer here at River Valley Athletic Club. I have been at RVAC for one year, but have been training in the fitness industry for nine years. Prior to this field, I was actually a Mechanical Engineer. Not surprisingly, many of those principles apply to the human body, and I love using that knowledge base to find unique training programs and solutions for clients. I have worked with everyone from youth to seniors with goals from speed/agility, to strength, to weight loss/toning, to improving function in daily life. I get excited to help clients find ther own, personal definition of STRONG, and help them achieve it! I originally became interested in personal training after a low-back surgery left me very limited at age 39.
