I recently introduced hot yoga into my life and have felt so welcomed at Tru for U. Instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I feel motivated to keep going to improve my health and wellness. I enjoy all classes but particularly love taking Kelly’s classes because they are challenging but relaxing at the same time. Her tailored yoga practice is a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation. Kelly is so generous, and patient. She promotes non judgment by reminding yogis that everyone is different. This encourages me to become a student of my own body.

When I’m not working as a clinical educator, doing homework for my Masters in Nursing, or obsessing over my two pups, I’m probably day dreaming about the next bootcamp I’m going to bring to you!
I’m new to the area. I grew up on Georgian Bay and I can’t wait to share the impact that fitness has had on my life with others. Creating a supportive, upbeat and empowering environment through group fitness is what ignites my passion. My high energy and drive to help you reach your goals can be found within my group fitness class!
