From a young age, I had always been interested in health,
nutrition, sports and wellness so it came as no surprise that this
was the career path I chose.
After a few years racking up my qualifications, I left my home country of England at the young age of nineteen on a mission to share this healthy way of life with as many other people as possible.
I worked all around the world as a sports coach, yoga teacher, nutritionist etc … helping spend the importance of a healthy, active lifestyle before settling on the beautiful sunshine coast a few years ago.
I fall in love with teaching yoga all over again with every
class I teach and feel absolutely blessed to be teaching a number
of yoga classes in this beautiful part of the world now.
It is such a gift to share the practice of yoga with other people
and I intend to teach for the rest of my time.
The style of yoga I teach here is a gentle hatha flow. This class is suited to yogi’s of all levels, and is designed to help nurture the body in the most peaceful and fluid way.
