Intro to Pole Fitness • $20.00

Vigorous, Liberating and Great for the Powerful Female Ego.
Enjoy learning the Art of Pole Dancing while getting your body in superior shape. You will gain upper body strength and coordination while invigorating your soul. Each Pole Dancing pose is done with proper alignment, breath and force to create an aerobic strength training workout. You will tighten your core, lengthen your body, and strengthen muscles you did not even know you had, all while performing beautiful dance routines to your favorite songs and embracing your inner Pole’arina.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes. If you are a paying drop in customer, Groupon or Fit Passes customer and you do not cancel before the 24 hour period, you will lose your class credit and not be allowed to reschedule your class unless paying the Late Cancel fee $8.
If you have a Membership and you NO SHOW or cancel you reservation last minute, a $3 fee will be charged to your CC on file.

Minimum of 4 girls reserved is required.
